• Led information security across a 400-person business, working with engineering, IT operations, legal, auditors, and senior stakeholders to improve assurance, risk visibility, and secure-by-design practices
• Introduced core security controls for more than 400 endpoints, including Zero Trust VPN, centralised identity and access management, device management, endpoint detection and response, and managed SOC capability
